Rose Yost

Born and raised in rural Minnesota, Rose’s first job growing up was walking beans. Since then, she’s had the opportunity to work in various industries including both residential and commercial real estate, health care, non-profit, insurance, and technology. She brings a background of project and program management, working across teams and functions at all levels of organizations for both internal and external projects including corporate development (M&A), as well as experience articulating and guiding strategic initiatives from the C-suite. Rose is a true “Swiss Army knife”, driving a range of initiatives ranging from branding, public relations, product development, corporate philanthropy and employee engagement in organizations ranging from a privately held small business to a Fortune 500 firm.

After playing college rugby, Rose turned to a gentler sport of dressage a.k.a. “horse ballet”. In her free time, she can be found at the barn with her now retired mare or tackling never-ending yard work under the watchful supervision of her husband Brandon and two dogs, a Rhodesian Ridgeback and Mountain Cur. Well, the Mountain Cur watches while the Ridgeback naps.
