As an Associate with our Philadelphia brokerage team, you will initiate business development activities and take the initiative to connect with new leads and maintain relationships. The person in this position will work directly with a senior brokerage team providing additional support through property analysis, due diligence coordination, marketing support and research. This role will provide clients with excellent customer service to find real estate solutions for their needs.

This is an in-office position in our Villanova, PA office. A Pennsylvania Real Estate license is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and nurturing existing client relationships.

Assist sales professionals in identifying potential clients, research connections to turn cold calls into potential sales opportunities.

Accompany prospective clients to properties to tour and discuss site features and terms.

Compile property data for clients and KBC brokers such as summary reports, maps, project milestones and presentations for listing or tenant assignments.

Provides tenants and landlords with market activity, data and property information.

Prepares client documentation, offers, reports and other materials as needed.

Analyzes data and prepares various real estate reports on market comparisons, activity and historical data.

Reviews and leverages market/business data within company database. Ensures completion of record updates and additions.

Manage property listing phase and deliverables including marketing materials, proposals, online campaigns and events.

Monitor and maintain project tracking systems to ensure completion. Perform complex ad hoc projects, as requested by leadership.

Requires capacity for independent decision-making and initiative. We’re looking for candidates who will hustle to generate new business for our team.

Exceptional organizational skills, ability to organize/prioritize departmental projects, and demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate within and between departments.

Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and to cope with shifting priorities, difficult situations and deadlines.

Experience with CoStar, LoopNet and property database systems required.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree with previous commercial real estate internship or business-to-business sales experience, or a similar combination of education and experience.

Real Estate salesperson license required. KBC will accept candidates with an agreement to obtain said license within the first 90 days of employment.
