Client Services Coordinator

KBC Advisors is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support our Nashville, Tennessee team! We offer a dynamic, innovative environment with a company that is reimagining industrial real estate.

As a Client Services Coordinator at KBC, you will be responsible for providing project management and transaction support for our team. We’re looking for candidates who are self-starting, detail-oriented, customer-focused and have a passion to collaborate with team members and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support Nashville team in real estate project and transaction execution.

Coordinate, manage, obtain and track project information, timelines and deliverables.

Own and manage team operations, workflows and processes for areas of responsibility.

Develop and implement plans to achieve project objectives and schedules, working closely with team members to ensure appropriate and timely action and delivery.

Aggregate, review, validate and analyze information to clearly communicate, present and provide insights.

Produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals and online/email campaigns by partnering with the KBC Marketing team; maintain KBC brand and messaging

Manage the property listing process, including coordinating signage, uploading listings to multiple databases, arranging site photography and overseeing related tasks.

Regularly develop and distribute property listing materials, announcements and invitations; coordinate events related to client, tenant or company projects, including tours and open houses.

Prepare agendas, materials and presentations for various projects, including meeting notes, marketing campaigns, RFPs, stacking plans, lease abstracts and business development pitches.

Track and manage property marketing efforts and budgets.

Maintain market data, partnering with local Market Research and Data teams for best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of real estate with a high capacity for independent decision making and initiative.

Demonstrated interest in a career in the real estate industry.

Ability to organize and prioritize projects with a demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate within and between stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to respond to competing demands, exercise judgment and discretion, able to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.

Detail oriented and a strong communicator that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.

Aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles.

Experience with Adobe Creative Products including Photoshop and In Design required.

Proficient experience/skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Experience with CoStar, LoopNet and property database systems required.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field such as Business or Marketing

2+ years prior commercial real estate experience preferred

Tennessee Real Estate license a plus
