KBC Advisors is seeking a Database Specialist to support our team! We offer a dynamic, innovative environment with a company that is reimagining industrial real estate research.
As a Database Specialist at KBC, you will be responsible for the organization, storage, and retrieval of data across various platforms. Your role will be critical in ensuring the quality, integrity, and availability of data within our team. In addition, you will manage the full lifecycle of company devices, from assigning and tracking laptops to coordinating their return and redistribution with IT and Client IT teams during employee transitions.

This is an in-office position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Implement and oversee data governance policies and procedures.
Coordinate data migrations and transformations.
Conduct regular data audits and clean-up activities.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement solutions.
Provide technical support related to data management to other departments.
Create and maintain documentation related to data architecture and processes.
Ensure data security measures are implemented and consistently followed.
Oversee the lifecycle of company devices, including onboarding, tracking, and offboarding laptops and other hardware assets.
Maintain a detailed laptop tracker, documenting who has which laptops, their statuses, and ensuring timely updates.
Coordinate with IT and Client IT teams to ensure laptops are properly received, reconfigured, and redistributed during employee offboarding.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong database knowledge and proven experience with data analysis.
Experience working in Salesforce Database, Data Cleansing and Visualizations tools such as Power BI, Alteryx or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and experience working with large datasets.
Strong experience/skills with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree from a college or university, preferably in Information Systems, Data Analytics or similar field.
3+ years prior experience relating to business or data intelligence, ideally in commercial real estate.
Salary Range
The expected annual base salary for this role is $65,000 - $77,000. We’ll consider a variety of factors when determining the offer including skills, abilities, experience, and location.
