Program Manager

KBC Advisors is seeking a Program Manager (Commercial Real Estate) to join our team! We offer a dynamic, innovative environment with a company that is reimagining industrial real estate.

As a Program Manager at KBC Advisors you will be responsible for providing programmatic support of a transaction portfolio and serve as a point of contact for our employees to help improve day-to-day operations. We’re looking for motivated, organized individuals with experience assisting brokerage teams in driving strategic initiatives and transaction support for a corporate real estate portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Organize, develop, implement, and manage all aspects of multiple related projects within a large scale, corporate client-facing program, ensuring the overall program is aligned to support the strategic direction of the business and ensure goals are achieved.

Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies and tools to expand capabilities and support of the program.

Manage overall data integrity of company systems and data inputs into client’s database. Reports on program status and variances and reviews for accuracy.

Aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation(s).

Responsible for new hire onboarding and ongoing development and maintenance of onboarding materials and internal process in support of transaction portfolio.

Follow standard project management, continuous improvement methodologies, program management practices, and principles in scoping, managing, and implementing programs and projects.

Responds to requests through thoughtful communication, ensuring consistency in tone and content.

Responsible for preparing agendas and materials for client meetings.

Ensures deadlines are met by creating action plans to meet objectives and working closely with employees to ensure appropriate and timely follow-up; escalates if deadlines are in jeopardy.

Collaborate in a matrixed environment, and manage cross-functional workflows.

Perform complex ad hoc projects, as requested by brokerage team.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong written and verbal skills. Positive, innovative approach to problem solving. Able to present ideas in a clear, understandable and organized manner; negotiate, and modify opinion to reach the objectives of the team / client.

Requires knowledge of industrial real estate and a high capacity for independent decision making and initiative.

Exceptional organizational skills in database management, ability to organize/prioritize departmental projects, and demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate within and between departments.

Previous corporate-level Program Management experience preferred.

Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and to cope with shifting priorities, difficult situations and deadlines.

Detail oriented and strong communicator that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.

Aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles.

Demonstrated interest in a career in the commercial real estate industry.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 5 years work experience required, preferably in commercial/industrial real estate.

Expert level in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

Salary Range

This role’s expected annual base salary is $85,000 - $97,000. We’ll consider a variety of factors when determining the offered base salary including candidate skills, abilities, location and market demands.
