KBC Advisors is seeking a Program Manager, North America Real Estate to support our team. We offer a dynamic, innovative workplace environment with a company that is disrupting the commercial real estate industry.
As a Program Manager, you will be a key part of our client’s North America Real Estate team. This individual will be leading and/or managing industrial outdoor storage team initiatives and process improvements as well as governing existing processes.

This position is a temporary, full-time role with an estimated length of 12 months.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drive and improve standards on portfolio data and process governance.
Translate strategy and customer business goals into tactical plans.
Create a forecasted plan taking into account client’s business unit demand and strategies.
Implement mechanisms to manage and report on parking initiatives to the team, leadership, and business units.
Evaluate complex situations and identify viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer.
Analyze data to create business unit specific program performance reviews to support leadership decision-making on a quarterly basis.
Use verbal and written communications for programmatic status, risks, and issues, and make recommendations.
Manage the completeness, validity, and accuracy of data in internal databases. Proactively manage quality using reporting mechanisms.
This role will work closely with the client’s internal Standards and Solutions team, including other program managers to ensure system improvement projects are carried out and reporting accuracy in full program rollups and divide the responsibilities of managing systems reporting, templates, and support.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Real Estate Transactions, Asset Management, or Lease Administration.
Experience working with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Quicksight. Emphasis on conceptualizing portfolio-dedicated dashboards.
Self-motivated; able to own workload in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment to deliver results on self-driven deadlines.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, finance, engineering, architecture, planning, or industrial engineering.
Program management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel and in the general Microsoft Office product suite.
Salary Range
The base pay for this position ranges from $78,000/yr up to $122,000/yr. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
