KBC Advisors is searching for data-focused students to join us this summer! As a Data Management Intern, you will learn from KBC’s leading brokerage and platform professionals and gain real-world experience in commercial real estate research and data.
In this role, you will serve as support for the in-house Data team at KBC. Projects will focus on organization, storage and retrieval of data across various platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input and update real estate data in the company database, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Data Auditing: Regularly review and audit data within location intelligence tools to ensure accuracy and relevancy, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance checks on data entries and reports, ensuring compliance with internal standards and data management best practices.
Report Generation: Assist in the creation of data reports and dashboards, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.
Data Organization: Help organize and categorize data efficiently, enabling easy access and retrieval for internal stakeholders.
Training and Documentation: Participate in training sessions on data management tools and create documentation for data entry procedures and protocols.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and provide appropriate support.
Computer and Hardware Management: Assist with basic computer and hardware management tasks, including troubleshooting minor issues and maintaining equipment inventory.

Preferred Qualifications
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to collaborate with a team and execute individually
Ability to summarize and communicate important data
Comfortable manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
Education and Experience
Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program, preferably focused in computer or data science
Previous internship experience a plus
Must be available for a minimum of eight continuous weeks between May and September 2025
