Andrea was born and raised in Seattle, attended college in California, and now calls the great city of Nashville home. After an initial foray into the volatile world of tech startups, Andrea fled to an industry known for its stability: Real Estate. She cut her teeth with Seattle’s top developers, creating demonstrated value throughout the full life cycle of commercial development with extensive experience in dispositions, acquisitions, structured capital, underwriting, and leasing. Fifteen years later, she decided to leave the dark side and use her powers for good. Andrea has worked across multiple asset classes with an emphasis in leveraging data to inform decision making and drive profits. When not in the office, Andrea dedicates her time to bettering her community through literacy tutoring, animal fostering, mentoring with the Girl Scout Troop 6000 program and actively indoctrinating her niece and nephew into Seattle Seahawks fandom. She’s an avid explorer with a deep curiosity for the world around her, despite having zero sense of direction. Andrea has been lost in 46 states, 19 countries and has yet to exit a roundabout properly.
