Austin joins KBC Advisors following his 5+ year tenure as an associate at HFF/JLL in Philadelphia, primarily responsible for analyzing the potential disposition of net lease retail and multi-housing assets. During his time within the capital markets division, he was a part of more than 100 property sales, including a record-breaking 2022, where JLL's Philadelphia multi-housing team transacted on nearly $3B of apartment sales, earning the top market share of any JLL team in the country. Austin grew up in Wayne, Pennsylvania and attended Georgetown University, where he played Division I baseball for four years and graduated with an accounting degree from the McDonough School of Business.
