Beau joined KBC Advisors as a Market Leader to drive the firm’s expansion into Columbus, Ohio, as part of its nationwide growth strategy. Before joining KBC, Beau launched his real estate career as the third generation in his family’s business, Taggart Management & Real Estate. He later transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield, where he led the Columbus industrial advisory team, and concluded his time there as an executive director and perennial top producer. Beau focuses on agency leasing, tenant representation and land sales for bulk warehouse development and excels at delivering tailored solutions for complex real estate challenges. His work has resulted in over 250 successful projects, totaling nearly $900M in value.
