Bill joined our Capital Markets Team in 2022, working in our Atlanta office where he will be focused on Investment Sales in the Southeast. Prior to KBC, Bill worked at Sands Investment Group as an industrial brokerage advisor. In his role at SIG, Bill helped source land sites for national developers, represented owners with acquisitions, and represented numerous industrial owners and tenants in the disposition of their buildings. Bill's strong work ethic, market knowledge, and relationship maintenance skills enable him to successfully meet his client’s requirements routinely. Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Bill attended the University of Georgia in Athens where he graduated with a BBA in Real Estate in 2019. In his free time, Bill enjoys teeing it up on the golf course, attending Georgia Football games and finding the best live music playing that night.
