Blair rejoined the KBC Team to continue her work enhancing the KBC People Experience with a focus on streamlining operations efficiencies and compliance through process improvement and comprehensive engagement initiatives. Having first joined KBC in 2020, Blair left after a year to fulfill an opportunity to live abroad. Born and raised in Tennessee, Blair attended Rhodes College in Memphis, where she pursued a bachelors degree in Urban Studies with a concentration in Urban and Community Health and Political Science. Blair’s professional experience includes client and employee administrative support working primarily in the medical field and for non-profit organizations. When she’s not working or travelling, she enjoys reading, running and anything involving her five-year old Golden Retriever.
