Blair joined KBC after 25 years of trading the financial markets and working New York metro commercial real estate. Soon after graduating college, he was thrown into the turbulent world of oil trading. Blair scripted his early years of trading off the back of the movie, Trading Places. Blair’s trading experience was filled with risk, reward, and excitement. Throughout these years of debt, equity, and futures trading, his knowledge and skill of successful deal-making grew. Blair’s creativity and negotiation have been a proven asset in his career in commercial real estate. Over the past six years, Blair has enjoyed work experience in agency services, working with both the ownership and tenant side of the table, along with serving as the Senior Director of Real Estate for the Wonder Group, Inc. Once a start-up, Wonder’s has quickly grown to set its sights as a “Super App” for everything food. During his tenure at Wonder, Blair negotiated over $200 mm in deals that included dry and cooler warehouses, food production facilities, IOS sites, office and retail locations. Blair’s institutional ownership relationships include Longpoint Partners, Faropoint, Camber Real Estate Partners, Prism Capital Partners, AIG, Lincoln Financial, and New York Investments. Blair and his wife of over 25 years enjoy their time with their five beautiful kids. So when Blair isn’t grinding at his career, you can find him at one of their colleges or on the athletic fields (but sometimes he can be found at the local golf course).
