Brian Hilger joined KBC in 2022. He based in the Philadelphia region. Brian is recognized as a leading industrial real estate specialist in the region, and for the last 20 years has served major corporations, REITs, and private equity groups in executing projects. He is no stranger to KBC, as he has a long history of partnering with us on local transactions and has been a very long-time friend of many of you. Brian is a graduate of the University of Dayton. Following college, he spent 3 years leading international travelers on adventure camping trips throughout North America. He is now an active contributor to the Providence Animal Shelter, Natural Lands Trust and Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baltimore. Brian lives in Media, PA with his wife, daughter and two dogs. In his spare time, he likes to perfect his selfie game, sail and jam out to classic yacht rock…he is basically Philadelphia’s version of a modern renaissance man.
