Brie Jensen

Brie’s practice covers the full range of commercial real estate and business transactions, with a focus on leasing, development, acquisition, and disposition of commercial properties. Throughout her career, she has represented owners, landlords, tenants, developers, and business owners in a wide variety of real property transactions, including the development and sale of regional shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial properties. Work for her current clients includes negotiating complex distribution and service center industrial space lease agreements; purchase and sale documents; and development agreements.

Brie brings ten years of practice as a commercial real estate attorney to KBC. This unique background gives her an advantageous understanding of the legal ramifications of commercial real estate transactions, making her uniquely valuable to her clients and colleagues. She is an expert negotiator, ensuring that lease agreements satisfy the goals of her clients. Her expertise spans a broad range of real estate services and geographies, beyond lease and sales transactions, and beyond the Seattle market. She is skilled and experienced in build-to-suit developments, property entitlement, zoning requirements, environmental reports, and the acquisition and disposition of properties in markets across the country.

Brie lives in Kirkland and leads an active life with her husband and three children. She enjoys skiing and watching Seattle sports events as well as participating in her children’s limitless activities.
