Callahan joined KBC to assist in all capital markets initiatives across the Mountain West region, leveraging his experience in all phases of real estate project life cycles to enhance the firm’s ability to deliver superior client service. Before joining KBC, Callahan spent two years at Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Advisory Group covering the Mountain West region. During his tenure, he performed valuations for a diverse range of industrial properties, with an aggregate value exceeding $7B. He also assisted in the execution of high-profile transactions, including institutional investment sales, private capital sales, and structured joint-venture equity placements. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Callahan worked with prominent land and build-to-rent developers covering Arizona and Texas, focusing on pre-development financing and land acquisition and development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s in Real Estate Development, both from Arizona State University, where he remains an active alumnus. Born in Arkansas but a lifelong Philadelphia sports enthusiast, Callahan is a passionate supporter of the Phillies, Eagles, and any team playing against the Dallas Cowboys.
