Casey is a Partner and Market Leader for the Puget Sound, overseeing business development and overall growth for the region. Since joining KBC, Casey has played a crucial role on the transaction management side of the business and serving a leadership role for a vertical of one of KBC’s e-commerce clients. He has focused on national work, becoming one of the most active brokers in North America in transaction volume, building/land scale and financial consideration. Casey advises clients on network strategy, location-site selection, workforce due diligence, capital markets solutions, transaction management and build-to-suit development, engaging frequently on behalf of clients with the most active developers and capital providers across the United States. Casey’s commercial real estate roots run deep. He began his career as an analyst before quickly making a successful transition into industrial brokerage. Prior to coming to KBC, Casey spent more than nine years at JLL, where he was a part of the Supply Chain and Logistics and Retail and E-Commerce practice groups, providing strategic solutions to institutional investment firms, corporations and logistics providers. In his free time, Casey enjoys a wide variety of activities in the outdoors with his wife and young son, from skiing to mountain biking and flying airplanes. However, consistently reminded by his loving wife, and more frequent injuries, he’s not getting any younger, it may be time to take up some hobbies that are slightly lower impact.
