Casey Trees began his commercial real estate career at CBRE as an analyst before quickly making a successful transition into industrial brokerage. With a desire to move into development, he timed it perfectly, landing at First Industrial Realty Trust in 2008, months before the bubble burst and First Industrial Realty Trust closed their doors in the Northwest. Returning to brokerage in 2009, Casey spent over 9 years working in JLL’s Supply Chain and Logistics and Retail and e-commerce practice groups, providing strategic solutions to institutional investment firms, corporations, and logistics providers. Casey was consistently recognized as a Top Achiever at JLL and CoStar Power Broker in the Puget Sound. In his free time, Casey enjoys any activity that allows him to go fast and get upside down, from skiing to kitesurfing and flying airplanes. However, consistently reminded by his loving wife, Karly, and more frequent injuries – he’s not getting any younger, so it may be time to take up something a little more low impact, like checkers.
