Having gained a passion for the real estate industry at a young age, Charlotte completed a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate at Virginia Tech, graduating magna cum laude from the program. There she gained valuable educational instruction on commercial real estate having been given the opportunity to experience areas from managing and leasing to building construction and development. Charlotte focuses on the fields of data analysis and data integrity having found a love of in-depth analysis. When not working Charlotte loves trying new restaurants and cuisines. In her free time, she also enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, traveling, cooking or baking, reading, and binge watching her favorite shows.
