David Wilson provides detailed market research and database management for KBC Advisors. David is an integral part of the growing research team who manages the tracking of billions of square feet in existing and under construction warehouse and distribution buildings, along with hundreds of thousands of acres of developable land. David interacts on a daily basis with regional Brokerage Servicess across the U.S., national development leaders, and local KBC teams to build and maintain this diverse and up-to-date database for our clients. David’s 20+ year real estate experience includes a role as Marketing Manager for CBRE. He led the oversight of marketing, communications, and research publications in the Puget Sound region. David was responsible for delivering marketing support to all CBRE service lines, public relations, advertising, and internal and external communications programs. David also worked for The Boeing Company as a Communications Specialist, responsible for internal communications for Facilities Management at the Renton and Auburn manufacturing plants.
