Dawn has focused her career in corporate real estate since 2013 and has gained a multifaceted background working with corporations, institutions, and nonprofits while providing transaction management, market research, site selection, financial analysis, and project management services. Her ability to understand a client’s strategic real estate goals has helped her achieve optimal results in the tactical aspects of the real estate lifecycle. Prior to real estate, Dawn held various operational roles and a channel marketing management role in the telecom industry. Originally from San Diego, she was captivated by the production element of broadcasting and studied Telemedia at Southwestern College. Now living in Cle Elum, she is an avid dirt biker who competes annually in the prestigious Desert 100 in Mattawa, WA. Dawn’s biggest cheerleader and mentor is her husband, TJ, whom she also enjoys spending time with going camping, traveling, and checking out beer festivals. When no one is watching, Dawn can bring it on the dance floor and most recently ranked as one of the top break dancers in Kittitas County.
