Deepika Bhattarai graduated from the University of Washington in December 2023 with a degree in Real Estate and a minor in Data Science. Following graduation, she began her career as a Leasing Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, where she played a key role in maintaining high occupancy rates and delivering exceptional service in the multifamily sector. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Deepika is dedicated to giving back to her community through her volunteer work with Bridge Burma, where she mentors Burmese students in navigating the complexities of higher education abroad. In her free time, she enjoys hosting competitive board game nights, experimenting with new baking recipes, and discovering hidden gems around Seattle.
