Don Flanigan joined KBC Advisors to lead account-based initiatives, providing clients with strategic real estate solutions. Since then, he has developed a structured approach for managing idle assets and early-term dispositions, optimizing efficiency and maximizing value. Don also built and leads an account-based portfolio optimization team, overseeing lease renewal programs, acquisitions, dispositions and idle asset management to help clients streamline their real estate portfolios. With deep expertise in industrial real estate, Don has supported business units across last-mile, middle-mile, and final-mile logistics. Prior to joining KBC, he spent 11 years in development with a regional developer, working across industrial, commercial and multifamily asset classes. Don holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Washington University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, skiing, golfing, and pushing his limits through Ironman training.
