Don began his real estate career in 2006, working for Envision Land and Development, a family owned development group that at time, was focused on building single family homes in Central Valley California, perfect timing… The following 11 years were spent managing developments in multiple markets in California, Washington, and North Dakota, and working on projects ranging from single-family and multi-family developments to industrial to a convenience store chain in North Dakota. After more than a decade working for Envision, Don successfully transitioned into multi-family brokerage. Don joined the Seattle JLL Multi-Family team in 2017 and spent 3 years at there prior to joining Lee and Associates Northwest to start their multi-family business. In his spare time, Don enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and finding any excuse to be active, whether that is exercising for time, golfing, or skiing.
