Over his career, Frank has amassed experiences and expertise within mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, asset management, operations and finance at some of the world’s largest and most prolific private equity shops, public corporations and investment banks. Prior to joining KBC, he worked at Brookfield Asset Management as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management helping to manage and achieve the investment goals for three multi-billion-dollar portfolios within the residential, retail and logistics sectors. During his tenure, he grew Brookfield’s first single-family rental investment, curated the post-privatization business plan for General Growth Properties, the firm’s largest investment to date, and directed the $3+ billion disposition of IDI Logistics. Previous to that, he worked within corporate strategy at Home Depot, leveraged finance at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and investment and asset management at TriMont Real Estate Advisors. Outside of work, Frank spends his time running after his two children and dog, alongside his wife, where they try to balance youth sports, puppy training and maintaining everyone’s sanity.
