Hayes joined KBC Advisors in June 2023 to assist with development projects locally in Texas, as well as nationally. Prior to joining KBC, Hayes earned his Professional Engineering License while working as a civil engineer on the land development team at Pape-Dawson Engineers in Dallas. Hayes graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. Hayes is currently pursing his Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business. Hayes was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In his free time, he loves to play golf, cook new recipes and spend time out with friends and family.
