Jake joins KBC with a strong foundation in the industry, drawing on his upbringing around the real estate field as well as his academic experience gained from the Runstad Department of Real Estate at the University of Washington. Prior to joining KBC, Jake graduated from the University of Washington where he received a Bachelors Degree from the Runstad Department of Real Estate as well as a Minor in Business Administration from the Foster School of Business. While at UW, Jake also competed as a catcher for the Husky baseball team for four years before having to medically retire due to 4 major surgeries sustained. Outside the office in his free time Jake enjoys being active whether it be hiking, fishing, or doing pretty much anything active in order to justify his real passion of sitting down rooting on his favorite sports teams on their pursuit to escape mediocrity.
