Jason is an experienced brokerage professional with a significant transaction history and deep experience in the Central and Eastern Pennsylvania and I-81 corridor markets. Jason joined KBC Advisors to help expand the team's platform and service offerings in the region. His primary focus is agency leasing, tenant representation and land sales supporting larger format warehouse development. He also advises corporate occupier clients on strategy and transaction execution throughout North America. In the past five years, Jason has completed more than 30M SF of transactions with a concentration on bulk warehouses exceeding 800K SF. Prior to KBC, Jason spent more than a decade at JLL as a Senior Managing Director with a focus on the Central and Eastern Pennsylvania market. During his time at JLL, he was a member of the Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions practice group. Jason also spent nearly a decade at CBRE and Trammell Crow Company in Atlanta, Georgia where he specialized in agency representation. Jason attended Shippensburg University, where he studied communications and international relations. Today, Jason resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and attending his children's sporting events.
