Joe joined KBC Advisors as a Market Leader to bolster the organization’s nationwide reach by expanding KBC into Columbus, Ohio. Joe Kimener’s decade long brokerage experience in the industrial market allows him to understand, address and find solutions to his clients’ exact real estate needs for solving business problems. Prior to joining KBC, Joe was a senior vice president at CBRE where he heavily focused on new business development, tenant advisory services and global supply chain requirements, ground up speculative industrial warehouse developments, freezer cooler speculative projects, as well as Data Center Projects. In his time with CBRE, Joe has assisted in the lease or sale of over 20M SF of space. In his time at CBRE, Joe was recognized as a Top 5 producer in Columbus and won the Columbus Board of Realtors’ Award for the Largest Industrial Lease/Sale. Joe received his bachelor’s degree at John Carroll University where he studied business and history.
