He is primarily focused on the leasing and sales of industrial outdoor storage and investment properties representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers across the Puget Sound. John joined the KBC Seattle team to lead tenant prospecting, leveraging his expertise to provide detailed and consistent market reports and updates. He specializes in serving both local property owners and tenants, delivering key insights that support informed decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of leasing and sales strategies.
