Kamryn joined KBC in June 2020 and is based in Dallas, Texas. Her experience includes project leasing, asset management, valuation, refinancing, acquisition, and disposition in the Mid-West and Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Kamryn began her commercial real estate career with Transwestern Investment Group after graduating from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Neeley School of Business. Kamryn assisted with the management of a combined 6.6M square feet of office, industrial retail, and multi-family valued at over $706M. Prior to joining KBC, Kamryn served as a Senior Analyst for the Office Agency Leasing team at Cushman & Wakefield. Kamryn was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying new restaurants around Dallas and Fort Worth, and traveling.
