Prior to joining KBC Advisors, Krista spent 15 years at CBRE with a focus on industrial site selection, land acquisitions and dispositions, project leasing and tenant representation. Her expertise lies in the strong understanding of land development criteria, pulse on ever-evolving market conditions and previous experience in all facets of real estate transactions to assist developer, landlord and tenant clients in achieving the most favorable outcomes based on their needs and objectives. Throughout her career, Krista has been involved in transactions totaling over 75 million square feet and 4500 acres in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Aside from a few years spent in Michigan as a kid and college in west Texas, Krista was raised and currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She received her BS in Architecture from Texas Tech University (Guns Up!). When she is not at the office, you can typically find her at a field watching her son play football. Otherwise, she enjoys all things outdoors, working out (OrangeTheory enthusiast), spending time with family, visiting new cities, a good margarita, and cheering on Dallas sports teams. She truly believes this is the Cowboys’ year!
