Kristin is an accomplished Brokerage Professional with a diverse background in Hospitality, Operations, Property Management, and Industrial Real Estate. With a career trajectory that highlights adaptability and expertise, Kristin currently excels in optimizing business and driving operational efficiency at KBC. Prior to this role, Kristin gained valuable experience at Cushman & Wakefield, where she initially focused on Property Management before transitioning to Industrial Brokerage. During her tenure with one of the top Industrial teams in the nation, Kristin demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication over nearly four years. Following this, Kristin joined Remedy Medical Properties as a Leasing Associate. In this capacity, she supported senior leadership by enhancing organizational structure and efficiency within a growing region, further solidifying her reputation as a versatile and results-driven professional. Kristin pursued Paralegal studies at Phoenix College and holds a certification in Argus and an Arizona Real Estate License. She is particularly adept at multitasking and thrives in dynamic environments, leveraging these skills to achieve optimal outcomes. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her Husband and Son, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, and designing and installing luxury balloon garlands.
