Liza brings more than 15 years of business development, project and transaction management, creative operations, and communications expertise to her role at KBC. She plays an integral role in site selection, financial underwriting and diligence of data center projects across North America. Liza's career has spanned various industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, nonprofit, and advertising. Prior to joining KBC, she was on a top-producing team focused on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets within the private capital/middle market space. Despite being a Charlottesville, VA native and Duke graduate, Liza now lives just outside of Seattle in North Bend with her family. She enjoys all things active but is particularly passionate about mountain biking, skiing, paddle boarding, and hiking.
