Mandy has been a member of the KBC team since the beginning. She is a key part of KBC’s Leadership Team, overseeing brokerage and platform operations across the company. In her role, she manages multiple platform teams and fosters collaboration, creating better tools to centralize data and streamline processes. Additionally, Mandy specializes in corporate client accounts, assisting teams with transition planning, implementation and overall portfolio strategy. Mandy has extensive transaction experience across several asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, and data center properties. Throughout her career, she has completed more than 500 tenant-rep transactions, ranging from existing building leases to land purchases and build-to-suit developments. She has also managed dozens of concurrent transactions, helping to grow a client’s portfolio from just over two dozen locations to thousands of locations over ten years. Driven by her vast experience and passion for finding real estate solutions that improve business outcomes, Mandy is an invaluable asset to both her clients and the KBC team. Prior to joining KBC, Mandy spent time at global brokerage and real estate investment firms, where she developed a broad foundation in asset and transaction management. Mandy attended Marquette University, where she studied real estate and entrepreneurship. On a personal level, Mandy enjoys hiking and camping with her dogs, hosting game nights with her friends, and visiting local microbreweries with her husband.
