Please welcome our newest team member, Matthew Schmidt. Matt is part of the ever-growing Capital Markets team, which is focused on forward looking opportunities and uncovering market trends. He joins us from Cushman & Wakefield where he spent the last year working on their Transaction Management and Business Operations Team. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield he had a six-year stint with the CoStar Group in various roles within Research, Market Analytics, and Product Development. Matt was born in North Carolina, raised on the Gulf Coast of Alabama and spent a few years in Atlanta before ultimately making the journey out to the west coast in 2017. He completed his undergrad at the University of South Alabama majoring in both International Business and Spanish. As an active parishioner of St. Monica’s, Matt values service to others and giving back to his community. When he’s not at work, Matt enjoys working out, going to the beach, hitting the links, traveling the world, and visiting home to see his family.
