Michael Zerbe specializes in customer-centric real estate solutions for consumer product and third-party logistics companies with distribution centers across the country. He also focuses on bulk distribution centers along the I-78, I-81 and I-80 corridors, as well as institutional landlord representation in the Eastern Pennsylvania region. His expertise also includes deep knowledge of the I-95 Corridor, including Delaware and Southern New Jersey. Michael has extensive experience in many facets of the real estate process including site selection analysis, occupier incentive procurement and transactional negotiations. In the past five years, Michael’s projects have totaled more than 30M SF of space.
