Rick joined KBC Advisors after spending nine years at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where he provided program and project management services for industrial clients. At KBC, Rick is a part of the growing Chicago team, focused on development opportunities. Also prior to his time at KBC, Rick cut his teeth in the general contracting world as a Project Engineer at Power Construction. In between runs on the mountain, Rick earned his BSBA from the University of Denver, majoring in Real Estate and Construction Management with a minor in Finance. Rick is considered a boomerang, having now returned to his hometown of Lake Forest, Illinois to raise his two kids, along with his wonderful wife. When Rick isn’t teaching his daughter to ski or son to golf, the Lindstrom family can be found most summer weekends at the beach developing waterfront property into sandcastles.
