Sam joined KBC to support the Houston brokerage team. He specializes in all facets of Industrial real estate including tenant and buyer representation, project leasing and investment sales. With a background in real estate and finance, Sam implements proficiency in valuation services through his hustle, commitment and creative problem solving to deliver exceptional results. Sam has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry. As a Houston native, Sam earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma. Sam is an active member of SIOR and NAIOP. When not working, you can find Sam on the water or in the great outdoors, whether it’s fishing, hunting or spending time at the lake or ocean.
