Tina currently lives in Hermosa Beach, CA. She started her career in commercial real estate as an analyst at CBRE in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles where she grew up and attended Cal State Northridge. She was drawn to the real estate brokerage’s fast-paced, laser-focused environment, never looking back once she found her niche in real estate research. Prior to joining KBC, Tina was an Industrial Research Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Southern California. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their spoiled fur baby, Frankie and traveling as often as possible, discovering new places and trying new restaurants. In her free time, Tina enjoys hiking, dinner with friends, binge watching Netflix shows, and listening to her husband play music.
