Tony Muscio works with the Capital Markets team based in Los Angeles. With over 20 years of experience, Tony has been involved with some of the most prestigious properties in the world. His real estate career started at PKF Consulting, conducting hotel feasibility studies and appraisals, with prior jobs ranging from municipal pool clerk to busboy, waiter, and intern at the Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara. Prior to joining KBC Advisors, Tony was a Managing Director with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group on full-service investment sales. Over his 18 years at JLL, he covered the West Coast working on some of the largest urban and resort transactions in the market, including Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora, and Montage Beverly Hills (Maybourne Beverly Hills) as well as with clients ranging from the top private equity firms, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, and global family offices. Tony has guest lectured at both UCLA Anderson School of Management and Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three sons, as well as exploring new restaurants, learning about modern art, and finding new TV series and movies to watch.
