Tony Creme

Brokerage Professional

Dallas

Originally from Syracuse, New York, Tony moved to Dallas in 1994 to attend Southern Methodist University where he studied real estate and finance. During his final two years at SMU, he worked as an intern for Hillwood on the industrial team at Alliance Texas. Coincidentally, Tony’s senior year Entrepreneurship class project was an online grocery delivery business called Grocery Express, an idea most likely driven by his voracious appetite and couch-potato tendencies, although he claims it was his clear vision for the future of e-commerce! Upon graduating from SMU, Tony started working at Hillwood full-time in a career that would span over 22 years. He most recently led the planning and implementation of the industrial building program at Hillwood’s 27,000-acre Alliance Texas development. Tony’s role included involvement in all facets of the project, with a focus on industrial development, project leasing, and land planning. During his tenure, Alliance Texas grew from less than 50 companies to more than 500. In total, Tony has facilitated over 42 million square feet of transactions across development, leasing, and dispositions, along with over 1,300 acres of land transactions. In 2019 he was named Dallas-Fort Worth’s Industrial Leasing Broker of the Year. Tony joined KBC Advisors in October 2020 to lead the development and agency leasing teams. He and his wife live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with their two children.
