Trey focuses on agency leasing and tenant representation throughout the Central Texas region with an emphasis on sourcing development opportunities for institutional owners. Prior to KBC, Trey worked at Equitable Commercial Realty as an industrial brokerage advisor. In his role at ECR, Trey helped source land sites for national developers, represented owners with acquisitions and leasing, and represented numerous industrial & office tenants lease space. Trey’s strong work ethic, market knowledge, and relationship maintenance skills enable him to successfully meet his client’s requirements routinely. Born and raised in Atlanta, Trey attended the University of Georgia in Athens where he graduated with a BBA in Finance in 2019 and was fortunate enough to witness every Dawgs home football game while in school. In his free time, Trey enjoys teeing it up on the golf course, playing in a co-ed soccer league, mountain biking, skiing, or getting outside on Town Lake / Lake Austin.
