Tyler‘s adaptable, resourceful, and collaborative team-oriented approach has helped him provide real estate solutions for industry-leading real estate firms for the past 12 years. Tyler is able to provide the needed solutions to clients with diverse needs through his experience spanning industrial, e-commerce, corporate office, and large-scale residential development projects. Tyler’s depth of expertise includes transaction management of commercial leases, acquisitions, and dispositions in both multi-market domestic and international environments. Additionally, Tyler’s expertise includes portfolio and program management for various corporate clients, financial modeling and analysis, as well as due diligence and entitlement on development projects. Prior to real estate, Tyler worked for two of Washington State’s leading U.S. Representatives where he developed key political relationships and expertise in government relations, advocacy, and public policy.
