William joined KBC as a senior leader focused on strategy, growth and performance of enterprise accounts across the firm. Prior to joining KBC, he spent 20 years at CBRE, serving in client solutions, platform, producer and leadership roles across research, investment sales, brokerage and occupier outsourcing for all asset types and industries. Over the course of his career, William has contributed to and led teams responsible for closing over $5B in investment sales transactions, growing CBRE’s multi-market brokerage account revenue by 400% in a five-year span. He also transitioned more than 1B SF of new portfolio contract wins. Within the outsourcing segment, he helped secure, profitably lead and grow global accounts that contributed over $380M in annual revenue and managed a combined team of over 650 professionals. He also held a strategy role within CBRE’s enterprise segment and contributed in several other leadership capacities. William attended the University of Toledo, completed executive leadership coursework at Columbia Business School, and graduated from the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He serves as a regular speaker, panelist and faculty member at CoreNet Global. William actively serves on several non-profit boards and resides with his family in a suburb of Chicago, IL.
