Zach’s career in commercial/industrial real estate has spanned nearly two decades. At KBC, Zach focuses on representing e-commerce clients and has been directly involved in rolling out several complex new initiatives for these companies. Zach’s prior experience within the transportation industry has been critical to understanding these initiatives which rely heavily on delivery and transportation. In addition to the roll out of these initiatives, Zach has worked on a number of large e-commerce facilities throughout the United States. Prior to joining KBC, Zach spent the first 14 years of his career at Burr & Temkin, a boutique brokerage and consulting firm. At Burr & Temkin, Zach supported real estate requirements for transportation-focused users and landlords. In this role he worked on a wide range of projects including sales and lease transactions, build to suit and site selection, portfolio valuations as part of M&A due diligence or corporate restructuring/re-capitalizing and strategic expansion. This broad range of experience has provided a deep understanding of real estate transactions, development, entitlements and has proven invaluable in the support of his clients.
