Zach’s career in commercial/industrial real estate has spanned over 18 years. The first 14 years of his career were spent at the boutique brokerage and consulting firm of Burr & Temkin, primarily supporting the real estate requirements for transportation-focused users and landlords. In this role he worked on a wide range of projects from sales and lease transactions, to build to suit and site selection, portfolio valuations as part of M&A due diligence or corporate restructuring/re-capitalizing, and strategic expansion. This broad range of experience has provided a deep understanding of real estate transactions, development, entitlements, and has proven invaluable in his support of his clients. Over the past four years, Zach has focused on representing e-commerce clients and has been directly involved in rolling out several complex new initiatives for these companies. Zach’s prior experience within the transportation industry has been critical to understanding these initiatives which rely heavily on delivery and thus transportation. In addition to the roll out of these before mentioned initiatives, Zach has worked on a number of large e-commerce facilities throughout the United States.
